Why would we use RCS when we already have a licensed builder?
For two reasons – our technical knowledge and your peace of mind. RCS provides you with the technical behind-the-scenes knowledge that you may not be aware of. We can be the eyes and ears of your project to make sure everything is completed on time, in accordance with legislation and no loopholes get overlooked that may come back to haunt you later.

Having RCS in addition to your builder takes the burden off your shoulders to stick to plan while still keeping you involved at all stages of the project. Our project management experience allows you to focus on what you do best and enjoy the construction process while we get results for you.

The last thing you want is one of your contractors progressing with things only to find out that the end result is nothing like you expected. Is it expensive?

Our process

RCS will set up an initial meeting with you to discuss your project and what your objectives are. At the meeting, we’ll provide you with a list of independent contractors to contact in order to obtain quotes and timeframes. When you’re happy with the scope of the project, we’ll sit down with you again and work out all the required people involved and things to do. RCS will help you liaise with the contractors you’ve chosen and help you to manage the workload throughout the construction phase.

We will speak to you regularly to let you know what’s happening and if anything looks like it won’t end up according to plan we will advise you and help you attend to the issue with your builder or contractor.
